OUR STORY
This house was shaped by instinct, and built with the kind of care you give to something you know you’ll one day share. Over the past two years, the owners slowly brought this little château to life - from worn stone and silence to a home warmed by oak beams, garden light, and laughter by the fire. What began as a private home became something more: a place for women to feel welcome, safe, and seen. Not as tourists. But as themselves.
They hadn’t planned for it to unfold this way. But somewhere along the journey, it became clear that women 50+, often overlooked by traditional hospitality, weren’t just wonderful guests, they were exactly who this house was waiting for. Women with stories. With grace. With a quiet desire to pause, breathe, and remember who they are (or who they might still become).
We say this is a house to share. That’s it. Simple. But what we really mean (and what every guest eventually feels) is that this is a house that shares back.
Here, you’re invited not just to stay, but to settle. To slow down. To sip wine by the pool with someone who understands you. To try something new like a few words in French, a painting class, or the silence of a summer morning without a schedule.
Above all, we hope you leave with the same thing we built this home on: happiness and warmth.
Welcome to Le Petit Château , where every stay writes a little piece of your next chapter.
